Green Gate Realty, LLC opened it's doors in Westby, Wisconsin in 2004. In 2010, Westby Realty was purchased and added added as a subsidary and a Green Gate Realty branch office was opened in Norwalk in Monroe County. Green Gate Realty continues to serve a multi-county area in Southwest Wisconsin.

Janet Butteris, Broker/Owner of Green Gate Realty, has a wide range of real estate experience. Beginning in 1992 she spent the early part of her career in the La Crosse/Onalaska area relocating to rural Vernon County in 1997. Having come from a rural background and living her entire life in southwest Wisconsin gives her a broad based knowledge of the entire region. Janet has a Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Madison.

Fred Casper, Sales Associate, has been with Green Gate Realty since it's opening. Fred has resided in Vernon County for more than 30 years. He is experienced in all types of real estate sales and is also an avid outdoorsman which has given him a wealth of experience and familiarity with the area's recreational and hunting land.

Monte Dunnum, Sales Associate, has lived in the Westby area all of his life. He has been with Westby Realty since 1996. In addition to his real estate career, he is the director of instrumental music at Westby High School.
