Janet Butteris, Broker/Owner of Green Gate Realty, has a wide range of real estate experience. Licensed as a Wisconsin real estate salesperson in 1992 she spent the early part of her career in the La Crosse/Onalaska area. She obtained her Broker's license in 1994. Since relocating to rural Vernon County with her family in 1997 she has been working in the rural Wisconsin property market opening Green Gate Realty in 2004. Although centered in Vernon County she continues to serve a multi-county area. Having come from a rural background and living her entire life in a variety of places throughout southwest Wisconsin gives her a broad based knowledge of the entire region. Janet has a Bachelor of Science Degree from UW Madison, 1979.

Fred Casper, Sales Associate, joined Green Gate Realty at its opening in 2004. Fred has resided in Vernon County for more than 25 years and began his real estate career after 20 years in custom woodworking. Fred has gone from making the things that make your home beautiful to selling beautiful homes! Fred is also an avid outdoorsman with a wealth of experience and familiarity with the area's recreational and hunting land.
